* PHOTOS & VIDEOS MAY BE TAKEN FOR PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING PURPOSE. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT WANT TO BE FEATURED IN ANY PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR SHARED ON ANY SOCIAL PLATFORMS, THEY MUST INFORM NESH ARTISTRY PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking makeup and/or hair and/or drape services through Nesh Artistry. You are encouraged to read these User Terms carefully as they are a legal document and, upon making your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for the adherence to all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.

Satisfaction:
Makeup and Hair will be completed to client’s satisfaction. Ample time is given for each booking. Acceptance of completed services by the client is acknowledgment that makeup/hair/drape is done to his/her satisfaction.
Bookings:
Bookings are subject to availability. In order to secure the booking, you are required to pay the booking fee of 20% of the invoice amount, which is deducted from the total cost of the booking. Booking fee is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
To secure a date for Bridal booking, a signed contract is required with the booking fee payment due at the time of signing.
The booking fee amount is calculated at 20% of the invoice amount. The remainder of the service amount must be pai d either two weeks prior to the service date or on the day of the appointment.
Nesh Artistry will not hold any appointment made for which the booking fee has not been paid.
Trial bookings do not guarantee or secure makeup and/or hair and/or drape services for your wedding date. Check the availability and book this appointment specifically because trials & weddings are treated as seperate events.
Extra people wanting styling:
If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have a booking, this is usually not a problem. It is highly recommended that sufficient notice is given so that the necessary arrangements can be made to avoid a potential disappointment.
The payment will have to be made after the service is completed.
Timing:
Strict adherence to booking times is critical in ensuring that Nesh Artistry delivers the service you expect . Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride/client to advise Nesh Artistry as soon as practical.
Nesh Artistry is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays.
Nesh Artistry will notify the client of the arrival time at least one to two weeks prior to the booking. All services requested for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between). If the client requests that Nesh Artistry overstays to accommodate any additional services, it shall be considered provided prior appointments are not affected.
If you have a particular schedule, please advise this at the time of booking or as soon as possible so that this can be taken into account while allocating your bookings. The payment for the additional service should be paid at the venue before Sindhu leaves the venue.
Service Hours:
Nesh Artistry’s usual service hours are 7 days a week by appointment between 7:00am – 7:00pm.
Early start surcharge of $50 applies for 5am - 7am, $25 per hour for before 5am at home studio and $40 per hour for mobile booking before 7am.
A surcharge of $20 applies on public holidays.
Travel/Accommodation/Parking Fees:
All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, service incidentals and all taxes.
A flat $20 is charged for mobile services within 10km radius from the studio at Doncaster .
Travel fee will be incurred depending on distance required to travel outside the 10km radius , approx $20- $200.
If in the event that any hotel/motel parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the booking, these will be passed on to the client and will be due for payment on the day of the event. If onsite parking is not available you must notify Nesh Artistry immediately so necessary arrangements can be made.
Please be aware that parking delays caused may result in the inability to start the service on time, finish the total service booked and / or get to the service at all. We recommend that onsite parking be provided to avoid disappointment.
Pricing:
Please note that all prices are subject to change. If you have already paid the booking fee, then you retain the rates invoiced at the time of booking for the respective service. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Payments:
The client scheduling the booking or the person signing the contract will be responsible for full payment of all services availed from Nesh Artistry. For all wedding/group bookings the remainder of the invoice amount must be pai d either two weeks prior to the service date or on the day of the appointment.
Payments for other small appointments such as an event, formal, trial sessions are due on the day of the appointment.​
Accepted form of payments are either bank transfer or cash.
Bridal Appointments are only tentatively held for 7 days from the time and date the invoice is issued. After this the appointment will be voided if the booking fee has not been received. If you are having difficulty viewing, receiving or paying an invoice, please contact Nesh Artistry immediately. We recommended that clients send a transaction receipt as proof of payment.
Failure to pay the full due balance will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If the payment is not done within 7 days, Nesh Artistry will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds along-with late payment interest on the overdue amount and any legal fees incurred whilst trying to recover the monies owed.​
Refunds:
Nesh Artistry does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify whilst on location.
The booking fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.
There are no refunds toward any bookings where there has been a partial/full cancellation made within the 30 days period leading up to the booking/wedding date.
Cancellations:
Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of your booking. Should someone in your wedding/group booking cancel at any time they are welcome to be replaced with someone else, e.g., a guest or relative.​
You will be charged the full amount of the service since the booking duration on the requested date has been specifically allocated to you which results in lost earnings/bookings for Nesh Artistry. It is your responsibility as a client to communicate and make the other parties aware of the rates and terms of service of Nesh Artistry. Cancellations without the aforementioned prior notice (30 days) will be charged the full cost of the booking. All booking fee deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. This also applies to weddings that have been cancelled due to personal relationship or personal financial problems.​
Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee deposit will be retained by Nesh Artistry regardless of notice given due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your appointment.
If Nesh Artistry cancels the appointment anytime or is unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the booking fee paid will be refunded.
In the event that Nesh Artistry is not able to attend the appointment to provide makeup and/or hair and/or drape services on the scheduled booking date, every attempt will be made to provide a replacement hair and/or makeup artist(s). However, if unsuccessful, the limit of liability is a full refund of all monies already paid for the hair and/or makeup for the affected date only.
Photography:
Photos or videos may be taken for promotional and advertising purpose.These will be shared on all the social platforms and on printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos or videos taken by photographers or videographers. If the client does not want to be featured in any promotional material or shared on any social platforms, they must inform Nesh Artistry prior to the appointment.
Health & Safety:
Nesh Artistry is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to give advance notification to Nesh Artistry if you or any, in your group/wedding party have particular hypersensitivity or allergy that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, Nesh Artistry would be happy to use the same. Nesh Artistry cannot make guarantees surrounding quality and /or final look for product(s) you supply to use.​
Nesh Artistry reserves the right to stop work if there is any smoking in or entering the vicinity of the makeup and/or hair and/or drape service area for the health and safety of the artist/s.
Nesh Artistry reserve the right to refuse service on any clients displaying contagious viral symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea and suspicious rash to ensure health of the artist/s and our other clients.​
Children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not to be in the service area at any time unless they are having a service and are being supervised by a responsible adult. This is for their own safety, as the kind of tools / equipments in use will not be limited to hot styling tools, electrical equipment or heavy equipment.
Other:
Damages, theft or contamination to Nesh Artistry property caused by any person, (including children), require on the spot compensation of equipment plus shipping costs of that equipment. This applies to damaged or contaminated items too. As children cannot compensate, their responsible adult, (or The Client), will be held responsible for on-the-spot compensation.​​
Nesh Artistry will endeavour to ensure the products used at a trial are also used on the wedding day but please be aware that there are situations outside of our control that may prevent this, such as a supplier discontinuing a product or a supplier delay in restocking a product. In such a scenario, every attempt will be made to replace the product with something similar.
Severability:
If any provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any of the law(s) of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Liability And Indemnity:
All tools, brushes and products used are kept sanitised & also sanitised between applications. Makeup products used are skincare based and/or hypoallergenic. Any existing / pre-existing skin or hair condition should be reported by the client to the artist prior to application and if need be, a sample test of the makeup should be performed on the skin to test for any untoward reaction. Client(s) agrees to release the makeup and hair artist, Nesh Artistry, its owners and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to an allergic reaction.
The client shall not hold Nesh Artistry liable and agree to indemnify Nesh Artistry for any harm, claim, loss, costs, damage, injury or product reaction to any person or property arising, either directly or indirectly, from the artist’s performance, or any other reason whatsoever.
